My name is Kerry Middleton and I am the founder and practitioner of Embrace & Restore Holistic Therapies.

My pathway to holistic wellness wasn't born in a Highstreet beauty salon, it was forged through years of dedications in healthcare. For many years working on the frontline for the NHS within various roles, it has taught be a true meaning of empathy, active listening and what it truly means to look after another persons wellbeing, often at their most vulnerable. I have always had the need to help people for many years and looked at ways to-do this in a holistic way over the years- I felt more and more drawn to it and felt like it is my true calling; to enter the world  of realistic therapies to help other women unwind, heal and find peace within our own skin. 

I am you, built on a personal understanding when I created Embrace & Restore. I didn’t want just another intimidating website I wanted to design a sanctuary that women of all age, shapes, sizes, and colour could relate to... As a women who has been up and down with my own weight I understand exactly the anxiety that comes from booking a wellness treatment. Am I going to be too big for the couch? Will the covers fit me? What will the therapist think of my lumps, bump and scars? Birthmarks, stretch marks, floppy bits and bobs as I’ve got older this has only increased with age, when our bodies are changing and our skin changes, battling with hormones and ever-changing life shifts and feeling overlooked by mainstream beauty standards but I’m here to tell you that there is absolutely zero room for judgement on my treatment table, I have walked in your shoes. I have lived with a body like yours and I’m here to say that you are safe, seen and completely celebrated exactly as you are today because your comfort and well-being is of the upmost importance to me I want to assure you that you will be greeted with a friendly smile and open heart, kindness and  understanding.

My massage couch has a weight-bearing of up to 200 kg, high of sheets and towels that will cover your gracefully and I will always make sure that you are fully covered, make you feel safe, comfortable and ease. If my equipment isn’t suitable for your weight, I am able to work with you to find a treatment, so you can still relax and enjoy safely. So whether you’re a busy Mum, grandmother, midlife queen homebound or a curvy lady rest assured we have a treatment for you to enjoy. I can’t wait to meet you all and help you on your journey of self-love and relaxation.
